Job summary

The University of New Mexico is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator (Work Study) for Jobs for America's Graduates - New Mexico (JAG-NM). This off-campus, work-study role focuses on recruiting alumni, building relationships, and supporting events and communications for the CAAN network.

Flexible part-time schedule (10–20 hours/week), remote work, and eligibility for Federal Work-Study funding are required. Prior involvement with JAG or student orgs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Eligible for Federal Work-Study funding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with JAG-NM alumni via email, phone, and social media.
• Find and recruit JAG-NM alumni to join NM-JAG CAAN.
• Assist with planning and coordinating alumni events, networking opportunities, and recognition activities.
• Update and maintain alumni contact information and engagement records.
