Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in technical support operations or related field.
- Experience managing a remote technical support environment.
- CJIS Security Policy compliance and background check requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of technical support professionals.
- Champion operational excellence and drive continuous improvement across the support framework.
- Manage high-severity escalations to keep customers connected and secure.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering and product management during major incidents.
