Job summary

Learner Education is seeking an experienced Algebra Tutor for a contract, remote role. You will support Algebra 1 and 2 and related math for students from 6th grade through college level, with flexible scheduling and the ability to set your own hours.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of professional teaching or tutoring experience, and a minimum of 1 year online tutoring with strong knowledge of the U.S. curriculum. Tutors keep 100 percent of their hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional teaching or tutoring experience.
• At least 1 year of online tutoring experience.
• Recent experience with the U.S. curriculum and grading standards.
• Ability to tutor Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 across grades 6–college level.

Responsibilities
