Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ALD process development or troubleshooting.
• Advanced degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a relevant scientific or engineering field.
• Deep knowledge of thin-film deposition for semiconductor or advanced-packaging applications.
• Strong understanding of precursor chemistry and surface reaction mechanisms.
• Experience with XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, or ellipsometry.
• Excellent written English and ability to explain technical reasoning precisely.

Responsibilities

• Apply ALD and semiconductor processing knowledge to generate, organize, and evaluate scientific training data.
• Review AI-generated scientific reasoning and identify technical errors or weaknesses.
• Design and solve challenging ALD/semiconductor problems.
• Rate and rank model outputs using defined scientific criteria with structured reasoning.
• Organize parameters, recipes, and results into model-ready data.
• Deliver high-quality work within defined timelines.
