Qualifications

• A technical diploma or degree in environmental science, project management, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing site assessment, reclamation, remediation, and monitoring (ARRM) projects is required.
• Eligibility for registration with a relevant professional organization is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver site assessment, reclamation, remediation, and monitoring (ARRM) projects; manage objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Define project scopes, develop schedules, monitor budgets, allocate resources, track progress.
• Collaborate with engineers, hydrogeologists, soil scientists, ecologists, and other specialists to develop integrated solutions.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships with regulators and project partners.
• Prepare technical documentation including reports, proposals, work plans, and cost estimates.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Mentor junior professionals and support professional development.
• Promote continuous improvement in project delivery and client service.
• Follow health and safety procedures during fieldwork and site visits.
