Job summary

Geotech Drilling is hiring for a Diamond Driller – Surface Exploration on a remote camp project in Alaska. You will extract core samples with Hydracore 2000 drills, monitor gauges, and ensure safety and efficiency in rugged, remote settings.

The role requires 5+ years of surface drilling experience, helicopter drilling movement, and a valid driver's license. This is a Fly In-Fly Out assignment with a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, starting June 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in exploration surface drilling.
• Must have helicopter experience.
• Must maintain and possess a valid Driver's License.
• Complete and pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Extract core samples using Hydracore 2000 Diamond Core Drills.
• Monitor instruments such as pressure gauges and indicators; observe returns.
• Employ sampling techniques per project/client requirements.
• Record keeping as requested by client and Company.
• Operate and troubleshoot drill equipment and support vehicles.
