Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Remote Airworthiness Inspector to oversee virtual audits of airlines, MROs, and operators, ensuring compliance with EASA, FAA, and other authorities. The role requires independent work from a home office and strong judgment on complex airworthiness matters.

You will review maintenance programs, technical records, and SMS data, prepare detailed reports, and liaise with authorities and clients to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Aviation degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 7 years in senior airworthiness, compliance or safety.
• Knowledge of international airworthiness regulations (EASA, FAA).
• Experience conducting audits and inspections.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote audits of aviation orgs to ensure compliance.
• Review maintenance programs and safety management documentation.
• Analyze safety data to identify airworthiness risks.
• Recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with authorities and clients on findings.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and compliance docs.
