Job summary

STS Aviation Group is hiring an Airline Program Analyst for a fully remote, long-term contract to support operations for a major commercial airline. This role requires expertise in analytics and the airline industry, ensuring effective coordination with maintenance teams and vendors.

The successful candidate will monitor part loan activities, reconcile vendor billing, and provide updates to stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and a relevant degree are essential, alongside experience in a fast-paced operational environment. Competitive compensation based on experience is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in airline, aviation, analytics, or operational support.
• Project management and/or financial analysis experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily open part loan activity.
• Reconcile loans with vendors and escalate discrepancies.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve disputes.
