In this context we are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to join our Digital & Analytics Team in Herndon, VA.

How You Will Contribute to the Team

• Regional Adoption Leadership (US Focal Point) – 40%
  
  • Serve as the regional focal point in the US, championing the adoption of analytics and automation tools.
  • Coach and advise cross‑functional teams on data quality improvement and the development of MVVs and analytics use cases.
• Business Improvement and Opportunity Identification – 30%
  
  • Engage with functional teams to understand end‑to‑end processes, identify pain points and uncover improvement opportunities.
  • Design and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to test, validate, and address critical business challenges.
• Data Analysis and Insight – 30%
  
  • Conduct in‑depth data analysis and experimentation to uncover valuable insights.
  • Translate analysis into actionable outcomes by developing automated tools, visual dashboards, reports or workflows.
• Additional Responsibilities – 5%
  
  • Define data standards and governance policies in collaboration with domain experts.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, algorithms and industry best practices to keep the team state‑of‑the‑art.

Physical Requirements

• Onsite or remote: 60% onsite
• Vision, hearing, speaking, computer work and physical tasks up to 30 lbs (14 kg).
• Travel: twice a year independently at short notice.
• Standard PPE: safety shoes, glasses, hearing protection, respirators/masks, gloves where required.

About You

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• 10% domestic and international travel.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Quick learner, passionate, pragmatic, solution‑oriented, collaborative.
• Leadership ability to inspire and influence teams.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional partners.
• Business acumen and empathy to address team needs for technology and analytics adoption.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Robust coding abilities (Python).
• Experience with APIs, algorithms and data structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, data science or related role within a complex business environment.
• Experience with DevOps tools, modern cloud stack and practices.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $85,000 – 100,000 per year, based on profile. Employment Basis

US – Direct Hire, Professional level, On‑site. Remote is limited to 60% onsite.
