Job summary

Alliance Technical Group seeks an Air Quality Project Manager to join its Environmental Consulting team, serving clients in refining, oil & gas, and chemical sectors. The role blends consulting expertise with entrepreneurial drive, with remote work flexibility and nationwide locations available.

Role supports permit applications, regulatory reporting, and client development, with potential for growth in a private-equity backed environment and substantial professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years Environmental Consulting experience.
• Computer literacy, including basic programming.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret applicable laws, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare state and federal Title V permit applications.
• Prepare greenhouse gas, emission inventory, and TRI reports.
• Develop air emission calculations.
• Assist in regulatory applicability analyses of federal/state regulations.
• Provide on-site support to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop proposals and project reports.
• Lead project teams to deliver timely, high-quality results.
• Provide effective project management for tasks and deliverables.
• Offer technical leadership on regulatory issues.
