Job summary

Dovel Technologies, Inc is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to support USAF acquisition and sustainment programs in Beavercreek, OH, with remote work options. You will develop and maintain complex IMS, identify tasks and milestones, monitor progress, and perform critical path analyses while applying DoD scheduling standards.

Collaboration with PMs and stakeholders is essential. Qualified candidates have 3+ years in project scheduling within defense, proficiency in MS Project, Open Plan,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combo with 4 years experience acceptable
• 3+ years in project scheduling, preferably defense acquisition
• Proficient with scheduling software (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, Acumen)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple projects
• Identify tasks, milestones, dependencies, and timelines with PMs/Project managers
• Monitor progress, risks, delays, and issues against IMS
• Conduct schedule reviews and status meetings with cross-functional teams
• Perform critical path analyses and probabilistic risk assessments
• Prepare and present schedule status reports and forecasts
• Utilize scheduling tools to manage and analyze schedules
• Adopt schedule management best practices and adhere to guidance (NDIA GAO)
