Job summary
Modern Family Law is seeking a highly technical AI Workflow Engineer / Automation Architect in the Denver area to design and implement AI-native legal workflows and automation systems. You will build the plumbing powering AI-enabled service delivery, workflow orchestration, and integrations across the firm's technology stack.
Collaborating with AI leadership, attorneys, developers, and operations, you will translate complex legal workflows into scalable architectures, implement API integrations,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in software engineering, computer science, information systems, automation engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in workflow automation, systems integration, and AI implementation.
- Production-grade Python with testing, version control, and CI/CD practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-enabled workflow orchestration systems across legal and operational processes.
- Develop integrations between AI platforms, CRMs, document automation, client portals, and internal tools.
- Build automation pipelines and event-driven workflows for intake, document generation, and communications.
