Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors judge how well outputs follow prompts, rate realism, and provide written explanations in English. You’ll help improve AI systems while working flexible hours and earning hourly pay with weekly settlements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Writing a concise English explanation that points to observed issues.
