Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will role-play live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges for naturalness and usefulness, and explain in writing what looked off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Contributors review AI outputs, compare image and video pairs, and rate performance across adherence, quality and realism. Earn up to $18/hr with flexible hours and weekly payments, plus free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom when something seems off.
Bachelor's degree or above is a nice-to-have.
Ability to think quickly and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally.
Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Compare AI-generated images and videos, judge adherence to prompts.
Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
Rate results across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism; write a concise English explanation.
