Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication and keen attention to detail. Roles are remote with flexible hours, and applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on details.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank naturalness and usefulness of outputs; compare image/video pairs.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, anomalies, or misalignments.
• Rate outputs across several dimensions and provide written explanations.
