Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios aloud.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each conversation sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions or mismatches.
• Rating outputs on dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations.
