Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Art Director to join a team training generative AI image and video models. You will curate datasets, evaluate material for style accuracy and quality, and contribute prompt engineering to refine model outputs.

This hands-on role requires a sharp eye for a wide range of aesthetics and the ability to work quickly and at volume, in a contract position based out of Palo Alto, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience selecting, organizing, or editing large image/video sets by style and quality.
• Deep knowledge of visual styles and aesthetics across art movements, photography, illustration, and cinema.
• Ability to identify color, lighting, or stylistic drift issues in large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Curate image and video training datasets for specific styles and visual capabilities.
• Evaluate reference material for stylistic accuracy, quality, and diversity.
• Define visual elements that characterize a given style (color, composition, lighting, subject matter).
• Write and iterate prompts to test model outputs against targets.
• Assess model outputs for quality and style fidelity, collaborating with ML teams.
• Stay current with evolving generative AI image and video models.
