Job summary

micro1 is seeking a Visual Creative Expert (Contractor) to curate and evaluate high-quality visual content for AI training. You will apply your expertise in photography, art direction, graphic design, illustration, and visual curation to assess artistic quality, composition, originality, and visual impact.

You will review, annotate, and rate images, provide written reasoning, and collaborate with visual specialists to maintain consistent evaluation standards across diverse genres.

Qualifications

• Experience in photography, art direction, graphic/brand design, or visual curation.
• Strong ability to identify and articulate high-quality composition, lighting, color, and originality.
• Portfolio or proven track record demonstrating strong visual taste and creative judgment.
• Experience evaluating or selecting images or other visual content.
• Awareness of current visual trends, cultural references, and emerging aesthetics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet remote project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and curate aesthetic visual content based on defined quality standards.
• Evaluate composition, lighting, color, styling, originality, and technical execution.
