PodPitch is seeking a hands-on AI video ads creator, focused on hooks, hold rate, and CVR. You will own the creative output from concept to multiple weekly variants, ensuring ads feel authentic rather than AI-generated.

Qualifications

Portfolio of AI video ads you have made and ideally run.
Daily hands-on work with Higgsfield, HeyGen, Arcads, or equivalents.
Strong instincts for hooks, scripting, and the first 3 seconds.
Obsessed with hold rate, thumbstop, bounce, and CVR.
Active on X following the AI video and creative ad scene.
Can ship multiple finished ad variants per week, solo.
Taste. Your AI work does not look like AI.

Responsibilities

Video first. Concept, script, generate, and edit AI video ads across specified tools.
Ship multiple new ad variants every week and build a library of hooks.
Write hooks that stop the scroll in the first 1.5 seconds.
Diagnose where viewers drop and improve hold rate and CVR.
Align creative decisions to CPA and ROAS with a weekly scoreboard.
