Qualifications

• Education: BS, MS, or PhD in HCI, UX Design, Product Design, or related field.
• At least one year designing digital products or conducting user research in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of usability heuristics, WCAG accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Ability to provide high-quality feedback on UI layouts, flows, and information architecture.
• Strategic thinking balancing user needs with business and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication, ability to explain design decisions and critique AI-generated work.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM-generated wireframes, user flows, and requirements for usability and consistency.
• Audit accessibility and inclusion to align with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Fact-check UX principles and validate design patterns and psychological principles.
• Annotate design logic to identify gaps, redundant steps, or poor visual hierarchy.
• Refine product requirements documents for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
