Prolific is seeking Product Designers and UX Specialists to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models using real design expertise. After a quick screening, you’ll be invited to join Prolific as a participant, where you’ll get paid to train and evaluate powerful AI models.

Researchers tend to pay up to $50 per hour. Tasks may require one uninterrupted hour, though many are shorter.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in HCI, UX Design, Product Design, or related field.
• At least 1 year of professional design experience.
• Strong understanding of usability heuristics and accessibility (WCAG).
• Ability to critique UI with rationale.
• Balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Proficient communication and ability to explain design decisions.
• Paypal account to receive payments.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate AI-generated wireframes and flows for usability.
• Audit accessibility and inclusive design.
• Validate design patterns and psychological principles (Fitts’s Law, Gestalt).
• Annotate design logic and identify gaps in user journeys.
• Refine product requirements for clarity, feasibility, and user value.
