This hands-on leadership role blends software engineering excellence with solution architecture, focusing on Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and MCP integration in enterprise environments.

Based in the US or Canada, you will translate business needs into scalable architectures, guide engineering teams, establish guardrails, and ensure security, reliability, and cost efficiency

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or technical leadership experience.
• Strong Python, C#/.NET, and/or TypeScript/JavaScript skills with APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise application architecture.
• Experience designing enterprise AI solutions and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI.
• Provide technical direction to engineering teams and establish reusable patterns.
• Ensure security, reliability, performance, observability, and cost targets.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor engineers.
