Job summary

emerchantpay is seeking an AI Tech Lead to design, build and roll out AI-powered solutions at scale. You will own end-to-end engineering lifecycle, guide an AI engineering team, and collaborate with product, security and platform teams to deliver reliable production systems on AWS.

You will focus on AI engineering, AI agents, agentic workflows, MLOps/LLMOps, and responsible AI, leveraging Bedrock, SageMaker and other AWS services to drive value while maintaining governance, security and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/data/AI engineering or related roles
• 3+ years leading or managing engineering teams
• Hands-on production-grade AI/ML systems
• Experience with AI agents and orchestration
• Strong AWS experience with Bedrock/SageMaker
• Proficient in Python and AI frameworks
• Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks
• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
• CI/CD for ML/AI apps and monitoring
• Security and governance focus for AI systems

• Lead design, architecture and delivery of AI solutions
• Own end-to-end AI product lifecycle
