The role emphasizes senior engineering mentorship, shaping AI architecture, and continuing hands-on development while guiding technical direction on high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional AI/ML/Data Science engineering experience.
• Experience designing and deploying production AI systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Databricks ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and Generative AI applications.
• Strong Python development experience.
• SQL expertise.
• Experience implementing MLOps best practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.
