Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an AI Tech Lead to join a growing technology and analytics team in Chicago on a full-time basis. The role blends technical leadership with hands-on development, guiding architecture decisions and mentoring engineers.

You will work with Databricks, large language models, LangChain, LangGraph and MLOps tooling to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions for major clients while remaining deeply involved in engineering and client engagements.

The environment leverages technologies including Databricks, Large Language Models, LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval Augmented Generation, cloud platforms, and modern MLOps tooling to deliver enterprise scale AI solutions for major clients.
