Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial systems, commercial operations, digital transformation, or AI product management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, SAP, CPQ, ERP, CRM, pricing, quotes, orders.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, agentic AI patterns, RAG, and AI platforms.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the PSG Commercial and Finance AI roadmap across key workflows.
• Identify high-value AI use cases with measurable commercial impact.
• Design enterprise AI solutions using Agentic RAG and multi-agent workflows.
• Lead AI integration across SAP, Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, CRM systems.
• Evaluate AI platform capabilities like Salesforce Agentforce, SAP Joule, Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Partner with IT and data teams on AI architecture and governance.
• Establish responsible AI practices including privacy, security, and compliance.
• Own product delivery, MVP definitions, backlogs, and adoption plans.
• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement for AI adoption.
• Communicate AI opportunities and risks to senior leaders.
