Job summary

OMG Technologies seeks a Commercial AI Lead for PSG experience in a remote, 6+ month contract in the pharmaceutical sector. The role drives AI-enabled commercial capabilities and partners with Commercial, Sales Ops, Digital/IT, Data, Legal and platform teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and scalable solutions.

Extensive experience in commercial systems and operations.
Proven AI product management experience with measurable impact.
Experience in pharma services/CDMO is preferred.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams across business and tech.
Strong communication with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the PSG Commercial and Finance AI roadmap across priority workflows.
Identify high-value AI use cases with stakeholders and measurable impact.
Design enterprise AI solutions using agentic patterns and RAG.
Lead AI integration across SAP, Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, and CRM platforms.
Ensure responsible AI practices and governance in commercial workflows.
