Qualifications

• 4+ years of formal QA experience across full testing lifecycle.
• Experience writing and executing test scripts (manual and automated).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps preferred.
• AI fluency; ability to leverage AI for test case generation and evaluation.
• Understanding of performance and scalability testing concepts; load testing a plus.
• Defect tracking, test documentation, and quality metrics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full QA lifecycle for AI-powered solutions across unit, integration, system, performance, and scalability testing.
• Collaborate with Analysts to generate and evaluate test cases using AI-assisted tools.
• Integrate automated test suites into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline for each solution.
• Define system-level test strategies with the Director of QA including functional and non-functional testing.
• Coordinate with security teams to translate security guidance into test cases.
• Maintain test documentation, defects, and quality metrics for leadership visibility.
