Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an AI Solutions & Product Owner to lead strategy, design, delivery, and adoption of AI-powered healthcare and enterprise workflow solutions. You will collaborate with business leaders, architects, engineers, data teams, security, and compliance to deliver trusted AI in regulated settings.

The role emphasizes end-to-end product ownership, governance, and cross-functional leadership within the Product and Digital Transformation team, with remote eligibility in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading AI-powered products and enterprise SaaS solutions from ideation through adoption.
• Strong experience driving product strategy, roadmaps, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
• Experience in healthcare environments including EHR/EMR, payer operations, clinical workflows, or interoperability.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, risk management frameworks, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered healthcare and enterprise solutions, translating objectives into roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Lead discovery workshops, process assessments, requirements gathering, backlog management, and prioritization of AI initiatives.
• Define and manage conversational AI, voice agents, enterprise AI agents, and human-in-the-loop workflows with healthcare/regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Data, Security, Compliance, and Business teams to design secure, scalable solutions.
• Drive adoption through testing, production deployment, user training, KPI measurement, and continuous product improvement.
