Job summary

Zscaler seeks an AI Solutions Engineer, People & Culture, to lead the design and governance of GenAI-driven HR tooling in a US-based remote role. You’ll encode expert judgment into safe agents, integrate with Gemini/Claude/Codex, and partner with the AI Center of Excellence on complex deployments.

You’ll mentor teams, drive adoption, and shape scalable AI-native HR processes while balancing data privacy and risk considerations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, or tools that changed how real work gets done.
• Design agents architecture and instructions; work with MCPs and governance systems; evaluate outputs at system level.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and improve agents using Gemini, Claude, Codex and MCP; govern the product maturity path.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to build domain-specific agents and transfer knowledge to maintain tools.
• Redesign workflows to fix core process issues, not just automate existing problems.
• Act as product owner: monitor adoption, diagnose failures, and persuade stakeholders to support solutions.
• Partner with AI Center of Excellence and Forward Deployed Engineering to tackle integration challenges and co-create governance standards.
