Job summary

Conduent is seeking an AI/LLM Engineer to design, develop, and deploy agent-based systems capable of autonomous reasoning and task execution. You will build multi-step LLM workflows, implement memory and tool usage, and integrate AI services with enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.

Responsibilities include developing Python applications, APIs, and microservices, collaborating with data engineering and cloud teams, and ensuring secure, scalable solutions with robust testing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/AI engineering experience.
• Experience building LLM and generative AI applications.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
• Build intelligent components capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous task execution.
• Implement agentic patterns such as ReAct (Reasoning + Acting).
• Develop multi-step LLM workflows and agent orchestration.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise data platforms and backend systems.
