Job summary

2T Consulting in the United States is seeking an experienced AI Programmer Analyst to design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience building AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI platforms.

Qualifications

2–10 years of software/AI development experience.
Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering and AI orchestration.
Experience with Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise or similar platforms.
Strong Python and SQL skills; REST APIs and cloud integration.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement AI‑driven solutions.
Design, prototype, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise AI applications and automation.
Evaluate and select AI models, frameworks, architectures based on requirements.
Develop prompts, agents, workflows, orchestration pipelines, and retrieval strategies.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and processes.
Build scalable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agent‑based architectures.
Design AI‑powered monitoring to analyze logs, predict anomalies, and automate root‑cause analysis.
Monitor model performance, reliability, accuracy, and adoption.
Ensure AI solutions comply with security, governance, privacy and Responsible AI.
Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks.
Participate in CI/CD, source control, testing, and DevOps for AI delivery.
Research and recommend emerging AI technologies and best practices.
