Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to bring AI capabilities in-house for a pharmaceutical client. You will build, deploy, and manage AI applications within a Microsoft environment, integrating AI models, building AI agents, and connecting systems via APIs.

The role requires hands-on Databricks and SharePoint experience, deployment governance, and strong knowledge of Azure, Copilot, and MS 365. Pharma or healthcare exposure and GxP compliance are a plus.

Insight Global is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who can help our pharmaceutical client bring AI capabilities in-house rather than relying solely on external vendors. This person should have strong Python engineering skills and hands-on experience building, deploying, and managing AI applications within a Microsoft environment. They should be comfortable integrating AI models, building AI agents, connecting systems through APIs, working with Databricks and SharePoint, and managing deployment, publishing, and access controls across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
