Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Software Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions in a fully remote role. You will work with C#/.NET Core, Azure, and emerging AI platforms to enable enterprise workflows and knowledge access.

You will collaborate across teams, build secure APIs, and implement cloud-native patterns, including RAG pipelines and AI agents. The role offers a fast-paced, professional services environment with opportunities to lead projects and influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise app development or cloud/AI roles.
• Ability to work independently on complex production issues.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Legal industry experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Define, analyze, and evaluate AI-enabled needs and automation.
• Gather requirements and design scalable, secure AI applications.
• Lead development using C# and .NET Core/.NET 8.
• Develop cloud-native apps on Azure and Durable Functions workflows.
• Implement event-driven patterns with Azure Service Bus and async messaging.
• Build AI-powered solutions with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, embeddings, and RAG.
• Design secure APIs and backend services; containerize with Docker.
• Establish observability, telemetry, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support governance, security, and knowledge transfer.
