Qualifications

• Experience in agency, BPO, or operations-heavy environments.
• Background in building AI copilots or internal AI tools.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, ClickUp integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee AI system architecture across internal and client projects.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, APIs, and frameworks.
• Develop scalable AI integration roadmaps.
• Optimize internal workflows with automation and systemization.
• Translate client requirements into AI-driven system designs.

Skills

Experience building automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)

Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations

Experience building lightweight web apps (React, Next.js, Node, or similar)

Strong prompt engineering and AI workflow design experience

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
