LILT is seeking experienced professionals for a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on specialized professional silos. The ideal candidate is a Technical SME/AI Engineer with localized fluency in a target language, capable of refactoring and verifying code within a sandboxed environment.

You’ll work as an independent contractor delivering scenarios in your target language or English, refining evaluation rubrics and ensuring factual accuracy, cultural relevance, and operational realism

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in the target language with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the target domain.
• Background in one or more domain-relevant roles.
• Strong understanding of domain workflows and environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic scenarios in your target language or English grounded in operational contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics.
