Job summary

Peec AI, an analytics platform for AI search, is hiring an AI Search Manager to onboard clients, analyze visibility across AI platforms, and grow expertise with senior strategists. You’ll combine SEO fundamentals with strong client communication to deliver actionable recommendations and influence how brands appear in AI-driven search.

You will work with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys, develop case studies, and support clients with day-to-day GEO guidance and execution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on SEO or organic growth experience.
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals incl. technical SEO basics, content strategy, and search intent.
• Comfort working directly with clients: present findings clearly and grow consulting skills.
• Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams.
• Excitement about the shift from traditional search to generative search; eager to learn at the frontier.
• Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for client calls, workshops, and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate new clients, educate them on how to get the most out of Peec AI to improve visibility in AI search.
• Review websites, content, and search performance to identify AI search opportunities and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Prepare for and co-lead advisory sessions with brands and agencies, building GEO strategies and roadmaps.
• Support clients on day-to-day GEO questions, from strategic guidance to hands-on execution.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, monitor usage and account health, flag churn risks or expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Product to improve activation journeys and customer enablement materials.
