Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking an AI Security Manager to lead the firm's AI security program across the Microsoft environment, establishing standards, and ensuring governance for AI workloads. You will partner with data governance, legal, and risk teams to translate security into contractual and policy language, while mentoring security engineers and driving a Zero Trust based strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, CS, IT, or related field.
5-8+ years of enterprise security architecture/engineering experience.
3+ years with Microsoft security technologies (Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Sentinel, DLP).
Experience securing AI workloads in an enterprise environment.
Familiar with AI platform security models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).

Responsibilities

Lead the AI security practice, translating strategy into standards and controls.
Review AI products for alignment with Microsoft platform and identity model.
Conduct EA scoring and risk assessments for AI tools.
Partner with data governance, legal, and risk on policy and terms.
Mentor security and engineering staff and drive continuous improvement.
