CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture for AI and emerging technologies in a remote-capable role across the United States. You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Engineering to embed security into technology strategies while delivering scalable, governance-driven security patterns.

The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity/architecture and experience designing AI security for cloud-native or ML

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, architecture, or related technology discipline.
• Ability to translate technical security risks into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience designing AI security architecture for cloud-native or ML environments.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging technologies across cloud, data, identity, applications, and infrastructure.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, engineering, and business leaders to embed security into technology strategies.
• Review complex solution designs, identify security risks, and provide practical recommendations balancing innovation, business outcomes, regulations, and risk.
• Define and evolve security architecture for cloud-native, AI, ML, data, identity, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for scalable and secure delivery across the enterprise.
• Mentor architects and engineers and strengthen enterprise security architecture practices.
