Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an AI SDLC Engineer to scale agentic AI across the software development lifecycle. You will design and build workflows that let engineers ship faster, with AI agents handling well-scoped tasks.

The role requires 5+ years in backend/platform engineering, Kubernetes experience, and Go or Python proficiency. You will improve context grounding, model routing, and provide observability tooling across the dev stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend/platform engineering experience, ideally with production Kubernetes systems.
• Hands-on experience building or operating LLM-agent infrastructure or similar.
• Strong understanding of LLM application mechanics: context windows, prompts, caching, latency tradeoffs.
• Experience using AI to improve decision-making, workflows and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic SDLC workflows from code generation to release.
• Improve context grounding and model routing for efficient AI use.
• Build observability dashboards, benchmarks, and usage insights for engineers.
• Partner with engineering teams to automate high-friction workflows.
