Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, rate how natural and useful the exchanges are, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Work remotely on your own schedule. Rates vary by expertise and project, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM. Access leading LLMs for free and contribute to improving AI systems used in real-world tasks.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Hold live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which one better follows the prompt.
Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
Write a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
Rate each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then documenting justification.
