Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, assess image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked off, all on your own schedule.

Work remotely with flexible hours on a freelance/1099 basis, earning up to $15 per hour plus incentives. This role helps improve AI reasoning and real-world performance across global projects.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in on media.
• Excellent written explanations of your observations.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortion or misalignment.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and write English explanations describing what you saw.
