Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score each exchange, and explain in writing what looked off.

This remote role lets you set your own schedule while contributing to the evaluation loop that helps improve AI systems. Contributors review images, videos, and audio, provide written explanations, and rank outputs based on adherence, quality, and realism.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable speaking in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unusual motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
