Job summary

Outlier is offering a remote, flexible opportunity to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and provide written explanations of what’s off, on your own schedule.

We seek detail-oriented English speakers who can describe issues clearly and succinctly. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred; remote work is fully supported worldwide with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and useful each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs to judge adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio mismatch and describe them in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism and provide a written explanation.
