Job summary

You will help train and test frontier AI models by identifying where the model stalls and guiding improvements. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of research experience with government databases, archives, or court records, and can cite exact sources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of research experience through government databases, archives, registries, court records, PDFs.
• Cite the exact page, table, or section.
• Able to pick up a topic you know nothing about and get to the bottom of it.
• Heavy documentation and evidence trail is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist training and evaluating frontier AI models; focus on prompt engineering and error analysis.
• Communicate with the AI to identify where it stalls and help fix those areas.
