Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in CS, ML, Stats, or related field.
• Six+ years of research and ML engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch or JAX).
• Experience training and evaluating deep learning models at scale.
• Solid grounding in mathematics, statistics, and ML foundations.
• Experience deploying models with observability and safeguards.
• Experience with distributed/mixed-precision training and accelerator hardware.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, evaluate, and adapt techniques from current research literature.
• Track record of shipping applied AI projects.
