Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of academic/industry experience.
• Master’s Degree with 6+ years of academic/industry experience.
• PhD with 4+ years of academic/industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities that accelerate research speed and decision quality.
• Lead GenAI strategies, workstreams, and reusable building blocks for research programs.
• Architect and implement agentic system-of-systems for long-horizon scientific workflows.
• Establish evaluation standards, benchmarks, and reliability metrics for AI systems.
• Design mechanisms to capture expert feedback, provenance, and research context in AI workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and scalability of prototypes.
