Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a PhD and academic expert to support AI research projects remotely. You will apply subject-matter expertise to evaluate and improve AI model responses across technical and humanities disciplines.

You will design expert prompts, reference answers, and critiques, identify gaps, and help establish rigorous quality benchmarks for AI systems. Excellent written English and experience with peer review are essential.

Qualifications

• PhD required or near-complete in a relevant field.
• Strong research methods and academic writing skills.
• Ability to assess AI outputs with rigor and clarity.
• Experience with peer review or scholarly publication.
• Excellent written English communication.
