Qualifications

• Deep experience building foundational models or fine-tuning LLMs using RLHF and LoRA.
• Strong ML research background and ability to translate academic work into production.
• Proven track record in distributed training and high-ownership startup tempo.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete end-to-end model training and alignment pipeline for BluePill AI's proprietary audience simulation engine.
• Implement and iterate on post-training techniques including SFT, DPO, and PEFT to align model behavior.
• Build and scale distributed training infrastructure across the platform.
