Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and write analyses of what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated media, rating outputs across adherence, quality, and realism, and providing written explanations. Remote, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English detailing what was observed.
